Hi Kian, Great job today. You took all of our feedback and made all of the corrections that we asked you to make. Continue to work on the flag position while running. Should be closest to the field. I encourage you to continue to assist your fellow students when you see someone struggling. You did well when we asked you to run the line with the other Ref's and they were very positive on how you aided in their understanding what they need to do. That's a really important skill to have and it sometimes makes the difference.
You do have a nervous flag which we talked about. Slow and right is better than fast and wrong. if you make a wrong call and have the opportunity to correct it please do so. This got better over your 5 games.
