Sebastian needs work positioning and movement. At times, he was too far from play, which made some decisions more difficult. Focusing on staying closer to active play and running more ( at least 80% of the game), especially transitioning from defense to attack, will help improve his overall effectiveness and view of challenges

Sebastian did occasionally call fouls in an appropriate time, and was able to clearly identify the correct team and restart! However, there were moments where fouls were missed or not clearly identified that effected game control. He should work on identifying indicators such as clear contact, careless challenges, natural position of the arms, and player reactions. Getting closer to play will also help him make more accurate decisions.

Sebastian maintained a positive and respectful attitude with players throughout the match. He set the tone at the beginning by having a confident discussion at the coin toss. He communicated when needed and handled interactions in a calm manner.
