Over your two games at center, your positioning improved. Checking both your AR's is coming along. you did well at repositioning yourself when you are not in the best of positions.

We talked about how a PK should be called (communicated to the teams, coaches, parents etc.) The whistle overall should be stronger but especially on a PK a strong whistle shows this is the infraction. pointing to the penalty spot clearly indicates it is a PK. Instructing the players on being outside of the penalty area and arc. The restart for the PK is a whistle.

Use your voice when on the field. By this I mean when the kids are getting ticky tacky use your words during play to bring the play back into control before it escalates to foul level. Team interaction is equally important with your AR's. Did a good job sharing feedback in a positive manner yet included areas that you needed to be different.

as discussed your overall signals are acceptable but I would like you to work on the positioning of the signal. For example have you body and arm positioning in such a manor that the call is clear. IE corner kick. In a foul situation if a player asks for the distance you did great packing it off and placing the wall. As we discussed the restart is with the whistle.

Milas, Your second center was much better than your 1st. As we discussed i asked you to bring your confidence at the AR1 position into the Center position. On your second center you were much more confident and it showed in your body language and your calls. When working with AR's that are newer you need to make the calls that should be made but that they are hesitating on. Encourage them . Please review Law 14 and Law 5. Remember to always look at the AR's Specifically in Law 5 read advantage. On the AR especially 1 control the subs when in the position. Use your voice. We worked on a lot of things today and you made the adjustments as we went along. I was glad to hear that you felt the difference in the game. Keep thinking about everything we did today and it will get better with each game. I would download that Laws ap so you have it at hand if you have a question. I am available if you need anything. I would work on what we talked about and then ask TJ for another center mentor down the road to ensure that you are still moving forward with your growth.

We worked on both the AR and center positions so I am including comments for both positions. I watched him at AR1 and center. After his AR1 I asked him to bring the same confidence he has at AR1 into the center. We had some corrections at AR1 as well as center. His 2nd center was much better than the 1st.
