Poor corner signal and awareness of what should be watched during a corner kick. Goal kick is satisfactory. After observing for several half's I ran the line with him running behind me in an effort to communicated the thinking process and the correct signals

O/S position not in line with the next to the last defender Spoke about this several times. there was no effort to correct the issue. The signal caused confusion on the coaches side as they were not sure if it was a goal kick or offside. For all signals you should stop look at the center and signal.

Oh gosh, unfortunately this one is difficult. His attitude is definitely in his way. Regardless of what I did, how I explained it or even running the line so he could understand what I was talking about he made no changes to what he was doing. He acts as if he does not want to be there. Offside position is really bad. He does not stay inline and cannot make offside calls at the angle he is at. His O/S flag looks more like a GK flag as he does not go up first then where. he goes straight to where. Constatnly told him to stop, look then signal so he and the center were on the same page. Flag when running is all over the place, It was hard to understand why he put little effort into improving. Not sure if it was just a bad day or if something else is going on.
