She walked literally the whole time. I don't think I saw her run once. In the first half, she never left the center circle. I addressed this at half time, and she still didn't run, but at least she walked the diagonal.

She really didn't signal at all. Some of the time, we were wondering what she called because she didn't signal.

She may have looked the part, but she in no way came prepared. She only had a whistle. She didn't have a coin a watch, a referee wallet with cards and report, or a pen.

I didn't think it was possible, but I don't think she is even ready to center referee an AYSO game. It started off really bad when she wasn't prepared.
She didn't know how to do the check in process. I did it for her with her next to me.
When the game started, NO one could really hear her whistle. It was sooooooooooo weak. One time, she tried to blow the whistle for offside, and they kept playing because no one could hear it. Though out the game it got louder, but no where near as loud as it needs to be.
I mentioned earlier, she walked the entire game.
Here signaling was non existent.
After about 30 seconds of watching her first game, I decided to give her second game to Jeremiah, who only had one game anyways and was at least competent to center referee.
She is defiantly not ready to center a game right now. She may even need a field session, not just a mentor game. I do feel comfortable with her ARing. He AR mistakes were minor where her center mistakes were major.
