He mostly stayed in the center and went up and down the field. He never ran in a diagonal. His next center, he did improve this area. After a goal was scored, he blew the whistle from the defense's penalty area, which put him way out of position after the ball was kicked off.

Overall soil performance. Needed to work on your positioning, but by the second game you did a lot better. Positioning will help you better see fouls.

One note before I get into his performance, I almost had to throw a parent out of the game. He did not have to deal with the parent, so I didn't have him mention it in his game report.
A parent was upset he didn't give a caution to the other team. I could have gone either way on it. To me it looked like a late challenge. At the skill level that was being played, I am not sure he had complete control over it and it wasn't hard to me. If he would have given a foul, I would have been good with it too. The parent was also complaining about his position. I talked to the coaches, They knew I was the mentor, I mean the parent knew I was the mentor because he directed his anger at me. The coaches tried to calm him down and tell him, the referee crews were learning and to give them some slack. To be honest about his position, at the moment he was complaining his position, he wasn't really that out of position. Don't get me wrong, I had and did talk to him about his position.
He was only scheduled for one center, but I mad an executive decision to have him center the last game, because Meah, is defiantly not ready to center. I payed him the extra $5 to center the last game.
During a substitution, he' started the game before the players were off.
His AR performance was sold. He defiantly needs another mentor game. Still needs to work on his knowledge of the game and application of the laws.
