After some early corrections, your movement and tracking of the offside line improved. You still would lose sight of the offside line occasionally (for example, the defenders would push up, but you didn't notice right away). For your next games, practice how to best divide your attention so that you are still watching play, but you are also keeping track of the offside line so it doesn't move without you.

Signals were good, but you sometimes had the wrong direction when signaling, and the referee would have to reverse your decision. It happens, especially when just starting out. The key is to slow things down, don't be in a hurry to signal. Think through what happened, who last touched the ball, and which direction the restart should go. Also, look at your referee before signaling... if the referee is already signaling a direction, all you have to do is follow his lead.

Tatum needs practice, but I liked him a lot. He really took his job seriously, and he worked hard. He asked a lot of questions, and he clearly wanted to get better. He is recovering from two broken legs, and his running will limit him... but he was just fine on this level of game. He definitely needs more practice, and would benefit from staying with U11 girls games for a while. The slower speed of the game will help him process what he's seeing.
