We discussed the one big issue with one of your offside decisions. Referee did not look to you after goal was scored and did not see your offside flag. You put the flag down. The referee can absolutely decide to ignore your flag if he chooses, but in this case the referee never saw it. Your duty is to make sure the referee has the information needed to make a correct call. Keep that flag up, and you can even use your voice to get the referee's attention... make sure he sees the flag, and then it's his decision to make from there.
