Dylan has some of the most excellent decision making and rules application I’ve seen. He knows the laws of the game very well and he demonstrated this multiple times to throughout the game.

- look at the teams before the game, make an estimation of their skill level, and decide how their level will impact the way you call the game. EX. The lower level players lift their feet on throw ins!!
- use your whistle for subs every time. It is a stoppage of play and therefore it needs a whistle.
