AJ needs to continue to work on the diagonal-z method of control. It was obvious as he was moving into the second game that he was making more of an effort to do so on a more consistent basis.

My big takeaway is that AC appear to lack confidence, which is natural for new/inexperienced refs. He readily accepted feedback and I think it's something that will improve as he gains more time in the middle. I believe AC shows promise and I think continued mentoring will be beneficial.

Comments for the Assignor
AC is a new ref so experience on both the lines and in the middle will greatly improve the areas where he is lacking, namely confidence. For instance, his whistles were weak weak and inconsistent. This was discussed with AC, but he still needs to work on it. Again, this will come with more time.
