I suggested to Jeremiah that he get closer to the penalty area when ball and players are closer to the end of the field. His positioning should have been just outside the PA, as opposed to 5 yards away from the halfway line on a U-11/12 size field.
I advised Jeremiah that on a free kick in the middle or defensive third, he needs to position himself closer to the drop zone. On two FK occasions, he stood 5 yards away to the side of the location of the kick, instead of the likely location where the ball would land.

During an injured player event, where the coach came onto the field to attend to his player, Jeremiah allowed the player to remain in the game as opposed to forcing a substitution for that team and asking the player to leave the field. I explained to him that once a coach (or trainer) enters the field, the injured player much leave the field, regardless of a request of the player to stay in the game. I also advised to only let a coach onto the field once he has beckon the coach on, and not allow coaches to come on uninvited. There where opportunities to both explain that to the coach, and to advise the coach that once they come on the field the player must leave the FOP.
