He needs to blow his whistle a little more and he needs better foul recognition. He missed a few fouls. He also needs to keep his arm up for direct free kicks and offsides. He also needs a better understanding of indirect free kick. I talked to him about indirect free kicks and he asked me what that is.

You agreed this was a rough game for you. I think you still need to work on your game knowledge, You missed some double touches, and some fouls. You also ran the wrong diagonal. We all have a first game, and this was yours. You did well under pressure but the game knowledge really slowed you down.

Comments for the Assignor
I don't think he should referee another game until he has mastered the AR. He agreed after the game it was rough. There was an incident with a coach of NM Rapids, Kristen Lopez. She was visibly upset with the quality of refereeing. She understands but is upset and every week she has the same quality of refereeing. I tried calming her down and told her he is learning and she said its the same quality every game for her. I agree with here it was a rough game for Cayden but she needs to NOT comment on his ability and that should be soley directed at you. Cayden is a youth and still learning. No youth, learning or not should subject them to that kind of abuse.
