Henry occasionally strayed from staying with second-to-last defender, but he understands the concept and worked to correct in his second game. His body language, however, needs work. He would appear slouched and not engaged. When this was discussed with him, he understood and tried to correct.

Henry is working on making the call, holding it until making eye contact with the center, then indicating field positioning. To be fair, however, centers had trouble remembering to make consistent eye contact with ARs.

I'd like to see Henry read through the proper signal mechanics for GK and CK to reinforce what was explained to him. I want him to do a better job of facing the field with both feet and looking engaged when static.

Comments for the Assignor
Henry made strides from first game to second. Still working on basic signals (how to signal CK and GK), but he seems open to instruction and implementing changes. Needs to work on his body language. He was working hard on the eye contact but his centers were not always reciprocating. Never really got a chance to discuss side stepping as I felt other issues needed to be addressed.
