Lili needs to continue to work on positioning on the field to be closer to play, as well as her field awareness in general. Head on a swivel, checking ARs, watching the whle field, etc. She needs to continue to work on using whistle to control field and showing confidence in her calls with strong whistle use.

Lili has made the step from spectator to AR and is now working to move into the center. That step is a big one and she still needs to work on her mechanics and field awareness, as well as tightening up her positioning and movement. But I have no doubts that that further guidance will help her achieve her goal. She needs to work on improving eye contact with ARs and using their help, which will make her job easier.
