25:56 of tape there is a call for a DFK attacking the goal inside the Penalty area. This should be a PK, but he positioned inside the Penalty area near the top of the box.

Good clear signals. He made it clear when it was an IDFK and directions for restarts.

There was no audio on the recording, but there were several times when I saw him approach players and interact.

I do not believe he is at the level of officiating for a U-14 and above. His foul recognition is lacking, and his fitness is lacking. I will send a follow up email to T.J. with the video recap of our Zoom meeting.
