Ref Base – Video Evaluations

I feel like my vertical movement was Good. for the level of Play. Both teams quickly Demonstrated that they could control the ball and play back to the GK for a long kick or the field switch. I think I was normally inline with the Midfielders or in-between them and the Defenders Following the Play. I do think i could probably start Jogging about 1/2 seconds sooner on some of the breaks at it likely would put me in better position.

I think my Horizontal movement could be better. I noticed i seem to get Deeper on the AR1 Far Side.. then i do on the AR2 Far side. Part of my thoughts on not going to deep into the corners was my AR's were in those corners I felt like the pace of the game was moving relatively quickly and if i got to close i might have been out of position on a swing/counter

20:42 i almost get hit by the ball. i deceied to stand still and protect myself as i thought she was going to pass behind me or keep dribble but she decide to kick it.. Should i have kept backing up? or ran forward to clear myself?

19:40 Feel like i missed careless tackle/challenge Should have blown play dead DFK to Red maybe even Yellow card to White for careless.

I think there was a couple of shoulder/hand grabbing challenges through the game that i probably could have blown a whistle for. I think i struggle with these challenges cause I think both players have the opportunity to challenge for space/position I think i let it go both ways for both teams so it was atleast consistent but if i was being critical of myself i likely could have blown the whistle.

22.07 Deep ball defender shields and Attack Pushes into back but not enough to cause Defender to fall down. Was this a foul? I feel like if i blow this play dead i am not allow the game to be physical at all.

30:43 looks like its possible that it could have been a corner kick.. i looked over at my AR and they were not down by the touch line.. so i just went with the Goal kick.

40:16 I remember this place and i contemplated making a call her.. i didnt quite see the leg swing from my POV thats on the camera.. but i recall the body language was minimal form the players and i let it play on? Should it have been a foul?

70.21 i dont think i spotted my AR1

Feel like i got a little lazy with my Thrown in Signals, I either didnt do them very crisply, or I felt like it was so obvious and the girls knew who was throwing that i didnt even make the signal.

I came straight from another game, I said hello to the Coaches, Right away FC Stikers broached a roster Concern about Guest Players too me at Check in. I ensured all players were on the Roster, w/ Player Cards I had my AR count to make sure there was 18 or less. I communicated to FC Strikers that Atheltico roster was in compliance and good to go. Through out the game I can hear myself telling the girls good contact. Couple times i hear myself tell them corner. Free kicks i cant hear myself but i know i was standing near the kick taker waiting for her to ask space. On Subs i can hear meself after the whistle blast telling them we are subbing.

Personal Opinion I think i looked the part but my posture could use some work rewatching this I didnt really like the way i "Looked" but maybe this is just me being critical on myself.

18:43 It appears to be a simple Clear, and then a Deep Kick back into play/ keeper ball.. it turns into a bounce and the GK dosnt get it and I think i was a little Far from the play was expecting routine GK ball and out turned into a goal.

69.21 Think we missed a offside here.. my AR2 was pretty far out of position, i cant tell if i glanced over or not.. resulted on a shot on target.
