At 54:27 a yellow card could have been issued as there was no attempt to play the ball. At 1:00:28 another yellow could have been issued. At 1:04:36 a red card could have been issued as the player openly shoved the player off the ball.

Wrist band on a blue players wrist. Leads me to think law 4 was not reviewed at check in. Failed to have all substitute's off the field before restarting the game. 6:27 indecisive call example. Does not appear to look at AR1 before he begins to signal. 9:54 another example. Has his back to AR1 in plays that had his position been better he could have used AR1's input. 19:48 possible yellow card. Game is escalating, 54:05 AR2 called offside near the half line. Center allowed the ball to go to the keeper. In my opinion the offside should have been called as it put the team in a better position. (the goalie did a good punt though) 54:27 yellow card no attempt to play the ball. 1:00:28 should have been a yellow. 1:04:36 Red card There were many fouls that were called but the above times are were based on the tape I would have carded. Had he carded at the 19th minute the game may not have escalated the way it did. I don't think he communicates wit the players. Had he talked to the players to indicate what he was calling the kids may have adjusted their game instead of pushing it to see what they could get away with. Just a suggestion maybe a game or two at U9 and U10 will give him a better understanding of how to use AR's. What I mean is doing a game alone makes you think about your position and process more information as it is only you.. So when you go back to having AR's you understand their importance and utilize them better. From what I understand Brandon has plenty of games without ref's.

Shirt was not tucked into his shorts. A conversation should have been had at the start so that AR 1 had his shirt tucked in as well.

Hi, you should present yourself as a professional when refereeing a game. Your shirt should be tucked into you shorts. When checking in please ensure that players do not have items that should be removed. Work on recognizing the AR's especially AR1 as you make calls. If you are not sure, their information makes a better impression as you make the call together as a team.
Fouls: you recognize fouls, however there were 5 incidents where a yellow or a red could have been issued. Had you issued the yellow when it was warranted in the firsst half the game may not have escalated to where it did by the end of the game. The game got away from you as the players tested what they could get away with. I could not tell if you were communicating with the players but it helps when you tell them what is being called. It doesn't have to be a discussion. An example is running with them "play the ball not the player" they know what you mean and they are on notice you are watching.

1:04:36 should have been a red card for shoving the player in my opinion. Had it been me there would have been a red for VC.
