Referee – Video Submissions

The center ref was a little disorganized. Specifically, the game went to a shootout and he incorrectly called the game after 4 shooters to 3 shooters when we still had 1 remaining chance to equalize. To his credit when I confronted him he called the teams back to finish the shootout. Also, my 4th player reported to me that as she was setting up her kick, the AR say (loudly enough to be audible) to the Center that "if she misses it's over". 1 - this was incorrect information, and 2 - I feel is a little inappropriate and affects the kick-taker unfairly.

To the center's credit, we talked after the game and shared my frustrations and generally had a productive conversation.
